Pelatihan Pengecatan Bak Tossa untuk Meningkatkan Hard Skill Bagi Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide Tossa tank painting training to improve the hard skills of Muhammadiyah University of Jember students from various study programs, including Civil
Engineering and Law. This training is designed to develop technical skills such as accuracy, material understandin g, and paint application techniques through theoretical approaches and direct practice.
The implementation method includes planning, material delivery, field practice, evaluation, and documentation. The results show an increase in participant competence in the painting process, from
surface preparation to finishing, as well as encouraging creativity and problem-solving skills. This activity has succeeded in providing real benefits for participants, including non-engineering students, in facing the challenge s of the world of work.
